Encouraged and motivated by some very persuasive piano students insisting I have a piano teaching website containing some of my methods and ‘tips and tricks’ of the trade, I have created the Piano Magic Magazine Website.’ My name is Cliff Michaels and I teach beginner to intermediate pop & jazz piano in South Florida, USA. (More about me and website… here… ) This piano learning website is intended as a resource for the study of, and the enjoyment of playing piano and making music. It’s for students of all ages who’ve obtained ‘some’ knowledge of the piano. It is not for the complete beginner to the piano. You’ll find a variety of subjects on many aspects of learning and playing piano. Your explorations begin with the learning levels’ link here and always in the menu on top of all pages. So… the prerequisite to using this site successfully is… a basic knowledge of the piano and some music reading ability. I am (sometimes reluctantly) creating an Amazon Kindle beginner/intermediate instruction book/pamphlet serious that go more in dept of many of the subjects presented here. I say “reluctantly”, only because admittedly so, I sometimes find it difficult trying to put ‘on paper’ what I believe can only be taught with that ‘one-on-one’ learning experience of teacher and student. But I will do my best… Check out the Magical Piano Book Series here…
MOST USEFUL ON… AND SUGGESTED FOR DESKTOP & TABLET USE…

A Wide Range Of Subjects Will Be Offered
